La congregazione dei Piccoli Missionari del Sacro Cuore ha aperto una nuova comunit\u00e0 nella diocesi di Des Moines, Iowa, USA il 02 marzo 2012. Sr. Rini Simethy, Sr. Elsy Kurisingal e Sr. Shiji Mattakal sono state accompagnate e aiutate da Sr. Teresina Joseph e Sr. Marilisa Tovo per l’apertura della nuova comunit\u00e0 con il sostegno della Rev.da Madre Giuliana Revrenna e delle sue consigliere. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

(The congregation of the Little Missionaries of the Sacred Heart opened a new community in the diocese of Des Moines, Iowa, USA on March 02, 2012. Sr. Rini Simethy, Sr. Elsy Kurisingal, and Sr. Shiji Mattakal were accompanied and helped by Sr. Teresina Joseph and Sr. Marilisa Tovo for the opening of the new community with support of Rev. Mother Giuliana Revrenna and her councilors.<\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il 3 giugno 2012, il convento \u00e8 stato benedetto da P. Joy Vincent Thaiparambil e P. Frank Palmer che hanno presentato le suore al Bishop Drumm Retirement Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brian Farrell, l’amministratore delegato di Bishop Drumm, con l’aiuto dell’avvocato Jeffrey Bell, ha elaborato i visti statunitensi per le suore. Brian prepar\u00f2 l’ex convento delle suore della Misericordia affinch\u00e9 le suore LMSH rimanessero e lo usassero come loro convento. Attualmente ci sono quattro suore che servono nella comunit\u00e0 in Iowa: Sr. Rini Simethy (Superiora), Sr. Shiji Mattakal (Tesoriere), Sr. Elsy Xavier e Sr. Mary Justeena Karvalio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

(On June 03, 2012, the convent was blessed by Fr. Joy Vincent Thaiparambil and Fr. Frank Palmer who introduced the sisters to Bishop Drumm Retirement Center. Brian Farrell, the CEO of Bishop Drumm, with the help of Attorney Jeffrey Bell, processed the US visas for the sisters. Brian prepared the former convent of the Mercy sisters for the LMSH sisters to stay in and use as their convent. There are currently four sisters serving in the community in Iowa: Sr. Rini Simethy(Superior), Sr. Shiji Mattakal (Treasurer), Sr. Elsy Xavier, and Sr. Mary Justeena Karvalio.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sr. Rini Simethy e Sr. Shiji Mattakal lavorano presso il vescovo Drumm come infermiere registrate. Sr. Elsy Kurisingal e Sr. Mary Justeena Karvalio lavorano come assistenti infermiere certificate. Entrambi si stanno preparando a sostenere l’esame del consiglio dell’Iowa per infermieri registrati. Il servizio delle suore include il volontariato con varie attivit\u00e0 durante il loro tempo libero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both are preparing to take the Iowa board exam for Registered Nurses. The sisters service includes volunteering with various activities during their free time<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le suore apprezzano e amano il loro lavoro e che l’amministrazione, i residenti e il personale del vescovo Drumm apprezzino molto la loro presenza e il lavoro che svolgono. Le sorelle sono molto felici e non vedono l’ora di continuare il loro lavoro e la loro missione in Iowa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
